On the date of inspection (03/27/2017) general information with regards to locking front door to secure build was stated within the center's EP&RP. 2. The Center Director stated (during an interview conducted on the date of inspection) that the EP&RP did not contain the specific lockdown locations for each classroom; the accommodations or special requirements for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs to ensure their safety during lockdown; and the reunification procedure for parents to obtain their child after the lockdown event. Plan of Correction: These procedures shall be added to the center's EP&RP.
