An unannounced annual SHSI was completed today. There were 106 children in care, with a total of 16 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-B Description: Based on a review of staff training and interview, it was determined that 9 staff have not completed all required training. Evidence: There are currently a total of 22 staff members employed at the school. 9 staff members have not completed the required Virginia Pre-service training course. Plan of Correction: All of the staff have started this training. They will complete it.
