Technical Assistance:
The requirement regarding written allergy care plans for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic to and steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction was reviewed with the center director.

Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on April 25, 2017 from approximately 2:40 p.m. until 4:25 p.m Upon entrance there was 1 child and 2 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 2 children's records and 2 staff records. Children were observed eating snack and involved in a music program.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-B-1
Description: Based on observation, the vendor did not ensure a written emergency preparedness plan included methods to secure the facility and designated lockdown locations and procedures to address reuniting children with parents or authorized person designated by the parent to pick up the child during an evacuation. Evidence: During the inspection on April 25, 2017, there were lockdown procedures/methods or reunification plans documented.

Plan of Correction: The director will type them up and make sure to have all the details typed up.
