Comments:
An unannounced subsidy visit was conducted today from 3:00-4:00. Thirty nine children were present with four staff. Children were observed in free play (games with staff and other children, dancing and music, share Friday electronics, coloring and blocks. All staff have current first aid and CPR certification and 1 staff has Medication Administration Training (MAT) with an emergency medication on-site. Reviewed eight children's records and 4 staff records. Emergency drills, written plan and maps are posted and drills are current. Snack served today is cheddar cheese stick and ritz cracker.
