An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:00 PM and ending 3:10 PM. There were seventy-six children, ages six months to 12 years old, in care during the inspection. The children were observed during nap time; children were asleep or resting quietly on their mats while soft music played. The school age children were observed playing board or card games and making bracelets. Seven children?s records and three staff records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. There were no medications on site. The most recent health inspection was documented as October 12, 2016. The most recent fire inspection was documented as November 3, 2016. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as July 14, 2017. The most recent shelter in place drill was documented as January 23, 2017. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were observed and in compliance.
