Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:38am and departed at 12:00pm to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 74 children in care with 23 staff present. Children were observed on the playground, playing sensory activities, and being read a story. Infants were observed being fed, in cribs and playing on the floor with staff. A sample of 7 staff and 7 children's records were reviewed in addition to 4 medications and 2 over-the-counter skin products.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A
Description: Based on a record review the vendor failed to ensure all components were included in the emergency preparedness plan. Evidence: The center's emergency plan did not include reunification plans for an evacuation, shelter-in-place and an intruder plan.

Plan of Correction: The director is in the process of finalizing the reunification plans and should have them complete by the end of the day
