Technical Assistance:
Consultation provided on policies/procedures and handbooks. Please submit your Emergency Prepardeness Plan by 09/22/2017. Consultation provided on outside play equipment.

Comments:
An announced initial study was conducted today with the Children's Program Manager and the Director. The Gro-A Nature Preschool Program at James Long Park with be operating in a large classroom that will have identified stations such as Earth, Wind, Water and Dramatic Play. Each day will consist of two sessions, morning and afternoon with a snack provided for each session. There was ample space, supplies and furnishings for the requested capacity. Outside space will consist of the open fields. The preschool program plans to open on 9/5/17. Arrival time: 9:50 a.m Departure time: 12:30 p.m
