Technical Assistance:
Lockdown procedures are not the same as shelter in place procedures. In your lockdown procedures please address reuniting children with parents, accommodating children with special needs to ensure their safety during lockdown, method to account for all children in the lockdown location, method of communication with parents and emergency responders, methods to secure the facilility and designated lockdown location and method to alert all staff and emergency responders. Additionally please address reunification of children with parents for during evacuations and shelter in place.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today with the director. Subsidy requirements were reviewed as well as staff and children's files. Arrival time: 4:05 pm Departure time: 5:25 pm
