A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on September 19, 2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted on September 19, 2017 from 2:30p.m. through 6:10 p.m. On this date, there were one-hundred two (102) children in the care of eleven (11) staff members. Ten (10) children's records and thirteen (13) staff records were reviewed and updated. Currently no medication is being administered. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-B Description: Based on record review Staff A did not complete the pre-service training within 90 days of vendor approval. Evidence: 1. Thirteen staff records were reviewed. 2. Staff A did not have documentation of completing the pre-service training within 90 days of vendor approval. 3. Staff A confirmed she had not taken the pre-service training. Plan of Correction: Staff A will complete the pre-service training and send documentation to the licensing inspector.
