Comments:
Consultation provided on playground: 1. Yellow Jeep and Yellow school bus has head entrapments. 2. Red Circle 5 tricycle is within 4.5 feet of wood beam and 4.7 feet of concrete. 3. Gray Rock Climber - Has critical fall height of 7 feet - needs at least 9 inches of mulch. Fence and wooden boarder is within climber's fall zone. If installed after 6/1/05, can't be used by toddlers or preschoolers. 4. Slide and composite structure: Slide requires a 8'3" front fall zone. (An Allowable Variance will be considered if you can provide documentation that a shorter fall zone meets the intent of the standard.) Doesn't have 6 foot clearance/fall zone on 3 sides due to the fence and concrete.
