The Pre-K children were observed by the licensing inspector split into two groups in which one group was engaged in free play and the other group was working with blocks on the carpet while listening to songs. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted a formal observation in the Pre-K classroom in which the children were sitting at the table preparing for lunch, and saying the grace. The children's lunch today consisted of cheesy chicken and noodles, applesauce, peas and carrots, cookies, and milk.
