Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 1, 2017. There were 15 children present with two staff members. An additional staff person was on site for support purposes. The posted menu indicated that for lunch, the children would be served Chicken Ala-King, brown rice, green beans, pineapple tidbits and milk. Observations included indoor and outdoor areas, nutrition, supervision, staff/child ratios, health and safety, and the children's records. The children were observed playing with puzzles, Playdoh, coloring sheets and writing and tracing their names. Five children's records were reviewed. There are currently no medications present in the center at this time.

Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not ensure that the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility were posted. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on November 1, 2017, the findings from the most recent inspection of the facility conducted on June 29, 2017 were not posted. The facility had the inspection from March 23, 2017 posted.

Plan of Correction: The Lead Teacher contacted personnel who faxed over a copy of the findings from that inspection. The most recent inspection from today will be posted.
