An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today beginning at 11:25am. 29 children were directly supervised by 3 staff members. 14 children were on a field trip to play flag football. Today was a teacher workday. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 5 children's records, staff records, attendance records, evacuation drills and medications were reviewed. Required documents were posted. The space was clean, organized and contained an ample supply of age appropriate materials. Children were observed playing electronic games, working on beading crafts, painting and playing games. Interactions between staff and children were positive. No violations were cited today.
