An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 11:40am. The physical plant, 2 staff files, 5 children's files, staff training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 8 children under the supervision of 2 staff. During the inspection, children were observed going outside, playing outside on the playground and preparing to leave for the day. For snack, the children were served cheese sticks, apples, crackers and water. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. There was 1 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training) on site today. However, there are no children with any medication needs.
