Comments:
Unannounced complaint inspections were conducted on 9/28/17 and 11/15/17 in response to information sent in to the licensing office. Based on evidence gathered during the on-site inspection observations and staff interviews, the complaint allegation concerning diapering was substantiated. Other allegations in the complaint concerning supervision and food handling were not substantiated. A violation notice was issued. Thank you for your cooperation. Complaint related: Yes
Description: Based on observations and interviews, the facility failed to follow all diapering regulations. Evidence: 1. The licensing inspector observed cloth diapers being used for each child in the infant room. 2. Staff confirmed that cloth diapers are used.

Plan of Correction: The owner reported that they will use disposable diapers.
