Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:05 pm-4:20pm. 23 children were in direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed playing educational games on the computer, playing with legos, and completing homework. Children were also observed eating afternoon supper which included turkey sandwiches, carrot sticks, apples, crackers and cheese. 5 children files were reviewed. Children's records were maintained in an organized manner. Emergency information for staff and first aid/CPR certifications were reviewed for staff. There were no violations cited this date.
