The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection Wednesday, February 07, 2018 from 1:25pm to 2:40pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were no children in care today, however the center has two children enrolled. Two children's records and one staff record were reviewed during this inspection. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 01/11/2018 Last shelter in place drill: 01/11/2018 Lockdown drills: 12/07/2017 & 1/11/2018 Medication is not being administered. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
