Discussed Injury report for October 24, 2017.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 3:00- 4:20. There were 52 children (ages 5 years-12 years) present with 4 staff. Children were observed in activities and snack. Hand washing was observed for snack and staff were observed reminding children to remain seated during snack and observed redirecting 2 students several times when the children were disrupting the other children's activity. Records, drill documentation, medication procedures, and supervision check lists were reviewed. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on record review of children's files, it was determined the center did not update a file for child #2. Evidence: 1. Six children files were reviewed and child #2 has been enrolled since 2014 and last written parent update is dated October , 2016. Plan of Correction: We thought she had updated so we will do so today.
