63.2 Facilities and Programs..
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 03/01/2018. There were 17 children, ages 3 years-4 years, 2 staff providing direct supervision and one program assistant/bus driver providing assistance as needed and delivering meals to the center present during the inspection. There was also an individual providing additional services to a student present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 2 medications during the inspection. The staff records will be reviewed at the corporate office on a later date. The inspector observed the children in the following activities: circle time, center play/free choice activities such as sand and water play, painting, blocks, library and housekeeping, story time, music and movement, and lunch. The required emergency supplies were reviewed during today's inspection. Proper hand washing and table sanitization was observed. The inspector discussed the following with the site staff: outside support services for children in care, children's allergies and the inspector reminded the staff that the health inspection would be expiring next month.
