Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Thursday, March 1, 2018 from approximately 12:00PM to 2:30PM. The following ratios and activities were observed with a total of 45 children present during the inspection:
Young infants - 3 children with 1 staff
Older infants - 4 children with 1 staff
Toddlers - 5 children with 1 staff
Twos - 7 children with 1 staff
Threes - 14 children with 2 staff
Junior Kindergarten - 12 children with 2 staff
School Age children were not present during the inspection.

During the inspection, the children and staff were observed participating in a variety of activities. The children were observed playing on the floor, being held and fed, listening to music and resting at naptime. Lunch consisted of ravioli, green beans, applesauce and milk. All areas of the facility, including classrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen were inspected. The playgrounds were not checked due to inclement weather.

The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, injury reports, injury prevention plan, fire and shelter-in-place drills, daily attendance, daily sheets, parent agreements, and staff training information. Liability insurance policy expires 02/15/2019. Medication is administered, and medication and medication authorizations were inspected.
