Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:11am-1:45pm. At the time of entrance, 222 children were in care with 48 staff members present. Children were observed during lunch time, diapering, story time and engaged in group activities. A selection of staff and children records, medications, emergency drill log and other documents were reviewed. The center is clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at Stacy.Doyle@dss.virginia.gov 571-835-0386.
