An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today, March 16, 2018 to determine the center's compliance with Subsidy Health and Safety vendor requirements. The inspection was initiated at 2:40pm and concluded at approximately 5:00pm. Administrative records, all areas in the center used by children, and indoor common areas were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A Description: Based on the inspection of the center's emergency preparedness plan, one of the required components were not listed. Evidence: During the inspection of the center's emergency preparedness plan, it was discovered the following procedural component was not listed: 1. Accommodations or special requirements for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs to ensure their safety during evacuation or relocation; Plan of Correction: Per director: We will update the plan to include the required information.
