Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-350-A
Description: Based on direct observation and staff interview, the center did not maintain the required staff to child ratio. Evidence: The center supervisor informed the licensing inspector that a staff member had left the facility at 8:30am due to illness. This left 57 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. The center returned to ratio at 8:53am when a group of children went to breakfast.

Plan of Correction: In the future we will inform administration as soon as possible.
