Comments:
This facility was placed on probation for 12 months due to issues involving operational responsibilities of the facility, supervision of the children, behavior guidance and forbidden actions. An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 4/11/18 from 11:10am - 11:40am to ensure compliance with the special order. During the inspection there were 15 children ages one year old to three years old in care with five staff. A tour of the facility was conducted and children were observed participating in classroom activities and eating lunch. There were no violations cited during this inspection as the facility is in compliance with terms of their probation.
