Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 83 children in care, with a total of 13 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. Children's records, staff records, training documentation, background checks, emergency preparedness items, children's medications, programming, and the physical plant were inspected today. The children were observed making various Mother's Day gifts, practicing their counting and color recognition skills, playing outside, engaging in many various creative play activities, and enjoying "lunch bunch." All classes were actively participating in a very large variety of creative and age-appropriate activities throughout the duration of this inspection. This inspection was completed between approximately 10:45am and 12:35pm. Thank you for meeting with me today.
