Licensing inspector arrived at 3:20 pm and departed at 5:00 pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. Upon arrival there were thirty - six children in care with 2 staff . Children were observed participating in various table activities and eating snack. The sample size consisted of 5 children records .Playground was inspected. Request for additional spaces to be used were measured . The gym and library area was inspected.

Description: Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure a written allergy care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy was completed. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on April 27, 2018, child #2 had a diagnosed food allergy, but did not have a written allergy plan by a physician.

Plan of Correction: The program director will ask parent allergy action plan for the child.
