A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 4 2018 between 8:45am and 11:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A Description: Based on observation and interview the center does not have a written emergency preparedness plan that addresses staff responsibility and facility readiness for all required scenarios. Evidence: The center does not currently have a plan for a lock down scenario including reunification. Plan of Correction: Director met with a Crime Prevention Specialist from Fairfax County to create a lockdown procedure. The procedure will be inputted into the parent handbook once completed.
