A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted from 2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. with the director. 78 children, ages 5 months through 5 years old, were in the care and supervision of 15 staff. Children were observed eating snack, being fed, listening to a readaloud, playing with puzzles, and playing outside. The four playgrounds were inspected. Required information was posted. Both the fire inspection (10/2/17) and health inspection (11/21/17) are current. The last emergency escape drill was 4/25/18. The last shelter-in-place drill was 11/14/17. The last lockdown drill was 3/14/18. Four staff records, six children's records, and three medications were reviewed. A licensing monitoring inspection was also conducted (see separate report).
