An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:15 am - 12:30 pm. There were 81 children in care being supervised by 15 staff members. The children were observed participating in outdoor play and structured center play. Lunch served today is BBQ Chicken, baked beans, corn bread, watermelon, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are currently 4 staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 04/03/2018. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation of the two's classroom it was determined that not all hazardous substances were kept in a locked place inaccessible to children. Evidence: A bottle of bleach water was observed on a low shelf in the red cabinet. The cabinet was unlocked. Plan of Correction: Administration locked the bleach bottle during the inspection.
