Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 14, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival at 10:35 AM there were a total of twenty-nine (29) children ages 5 months-5 years old were present under the direct care & supervision of six (6) caregivers. Licensing Inspector reviewed staff and children records (including medication records) during today?s inspection. Children were observed during rest/sleeping activity, bathroom/hand washing procedures, snack/meal served, group and self-initiated activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
