Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 15, 2018. The director was present for the inspection. In the Infant/Toddler group there were 5 toddlers and 1 infant with 2 staff. In the Two-Three Year Old group there were 7 children with 1 staff. The Preschool group included 9 children with 1 staff. All groups were outside playing on the playground when the inspection began. Later they came inside and had various activities with toys and the activity centers. A book was read to the children. Hand washing was observed and tables were cleaned prior to lunch. Lunch for the day included meatballs, greens, bread, pears, and milk. School age children were not present. Six children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. There were no medications being administered or on site. Emergency drills had been conducted and were documented. Inspection began: 10:35 Inspection ended: 12:30
