Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced renewal inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 15, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. There were ninety-eight children in the care of twenty-one staff. Ten staff records and nine children's records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for two children. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Areas observed were: outside play, educational activities, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, infant feeding and nap, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
