An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00 ? 10:30am with the center director and staff. There were 26 children, ranging from three years to five years of age, present with 6 staff supervising. Children were observed participating in free play with a variety of activities including cars, trains, table toys, arts and crafts and a puppet show. Three children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 5/2/18, and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 3/20/18. Six emergency medications for three children were reviewed and in compliance.
