An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on May 15, 2018 from approximately 6:55 am until 9:00 am. Upon entrance there were 19 children in care and 2 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the on site required documentation for 5 staff records. Children were observed playing in centers to include board games, home-living, cars and dolls. Children were also observed eating breakfast and playing large group games.
