Comments:
20 children were in care during the inspection. The age range of the children was four years to 12 years old. The after school program was inspected. All required paper work was posted. No children were on medications. Children were observed during free play and home work time. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed. Inspection time 2:45pm-4:20pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based of observation not all hazardous substance were kept locked and not accessible to children. Evidence: In room L 124 there was a can of spray paint on the counter accessible to the children.

Plan of Correction: The spray paint was removed and teacher's will be reminded to keep hazardous substance locked.
