Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-240-A
Description: Based on a review of staff training documentation, it was determined that one staff person did not complete all required components of First Day Orientation training. Evidence: Staff E has not completed "Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect" training.

Plan of Correction: She is under the age of 18. I didn't realize a minor is required to complete this training. I will make sure she does the training this weekend.
