Discussed with center supervisor allergy action plans.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 2:45 pm-4:30pm. 11 children were in care with 8 staff members present. Children were observed engaged in craft activities, watching a movie, playing a game, eating snack and obtaining therapy. A selection of staff and children records, medications and emergency drill records and plans were reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, hazardous materials were not kept in a locked place making them accessible to children. Evidence: Cleaning solutions were stored in unlocked cabinets under the sinks in two of the rooms, making them accessible to the children.

Plan of Correction: The cabinets were locked during the inspection.
