Technical Assistance:
We discussed the playground maintenance plans for the mulch and "bus" structure. Also, we talked about the requirements for asbestos, staff records, children's medical information, posted information, infant formula supplies, program director qualifications, and injury reports.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's initial inspection, for the new sponsorship of the center, conducted from 9:53 AM to 3:15 PM. Today, there were forty-six children attending the center, ages infancy through school age, with nine staff. I viewed posted information, asbestos information, agency inspection reports, insurance, daily schedule, menu, policies and procedures, five records for children, information in nine staff records, staff qualifications, staff training, emergency supplies, indoor and outdoor areas. There were not any children with emergency medication. The recommendation for a conditional six month license with the effective date of May 25, 2018 will be made after receipt of the verification of the required education for the program director. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9259
