Comments:
An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted to investigate a complaint related to staff-to-children ratios, supervision, children's records and care, protection, and guidance at the center. The inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:20 PM and ending at 2:30 PM. Two staff interviews were conducted. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Classroom observations were conducted. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
