Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted, there were 51 children present with 4 staff. Children were observed playing games, doing homework, reading, painting, going outside and eating breakfast. Emergency plans, medications with authorizations, MAT (medication administration training) training, and first aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. Positive interactions were observed between staff and children. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on review of children?s records, the program did not maintain complete children?s records. Evidence: 1. Records for child #1, 2 & 3 are missing an annual update of information. Updates were 5/1/17, 9/1/15 and 9/10/16 respectively. 2. Child #2 does not have an address for either of their emergency contacts. Plan of Correction: I will get an update and information from the parents.
