A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today between 8:30am & 9:00am, there were 24 children and 2 staff. Physical plant, staff and children records, medication authorizations and emergency plans were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E-3 Description: Based on documentation review on site, the program did not have all staff members obtain/update cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Evidence: Staff #1 & 3 are not current in CPR. (expired 2/15 & 10/16 respectively) Staff #2 does not have documentation of CPR. Plan of Correction: We are all on the waiting list to take CPR.
