Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on April18, 2018 regarding allegations of the center being over ratio and supervision. The inspection was completed on May 15, 2018. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, there were violations found during the inspection unrelated to the allegations. See the violation notice for more details. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector at (804) 662-9760.
