Discussed best practice regarding the location of your sanitizing agent for diaper surfaces.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 89 children with 14 staff present today. When the inspector arrived, the children were transitioning to nap time. Staff were observed sitting by children who were laying on their cots, encouraging sleep by rubbing or patting backs for those that needed assistance with the transition. Observation of all 8 classrooms was conducted. The classes were decorated with coin graphs, my favorite insect artwork and butterfly painted art projects. A total of 7 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed today. Review of incident reports was made. This inspection began at 12:10pm and ended at 2:40pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: email@example.com
