A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/25/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-1:45pm. There were 55 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed transitioning from lunch into naptime. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Maria Soto at email@example.com or (571) 835-5058.
