Discussed the emergency drills
24 children present with three staff during this unannounced mandated inspection. The children are playing on the playground and are having snack while they wait on their parents to pick them up. The children are playing soccer, climbing on the play equipment and hanging out in small groups on the grassy area. Today's snack was apples and cheese sticks. Interaction between children and staff observed during the inspection. This inspection was started at 3:30 and ended at 5:00. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-240-C Description: Based on the review of the staff training files, it was determined that the staff did not complete the total hours of the required training. Evidence: The staff has taken 8 hours of the required training. Plan of Correction: We will take the rest of the 8 hours of training in the next ten days and will start taking trainings online to fulfill the requirements.
