Five children's records, three staff records, evacuation drills, first aid kit and supplies, health and fire inspections, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed in a large group coloring activity, handwashing, snack, free choice play time, story time, practicing nursery rhymes for the end of year program, and departure. The exceptions to compliance are noted on the violation notice. If you have any questions or concerns contact the licensing inspector at (540)430-9257 for further assistance.
