Comments:
A announced modification inspection was conducted on 06/11/2018 from 10:00am -11:22am. The modification request that was received in the licensing office requesting a change of location. All spaces to be used by the children were measured and inspected. Based on a review of the certificate of occupancy and the measurements taken during the inspection, a maximum capacity of 262 children will be allowed. The playground space for the facility was measured and inspected, and will only allow for 64 children to be present on the playground at any one time. No records were reviewed for children or staff at the inspection today. There were no children in care as the facility is not open. Any areas of standards related to direct service that were not determined during the modification inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following the issuance of a modified license.
