Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:40 a.m. and ending at 11:45 a.m. with the director. There were 56 children ranging in age from 5 months to 11 years old in care of 11 staff. Infants were observed being fed and having play time on the floor. Toddlers were observed playing at a sensory table. The two's class was observed at centers that included blocks and other manipulatives. Three year olds were observed during centers that include imagination play in home living and building blocks. The Prep class (three year olds) were observed during group time. The JK class was observed during centers that included sensory tables of sand, hoola hoops and home living. Camp (school agers) were observed during clubs that including scrapbooking. Outdoor play areas were observed. Emergency drills were reviewed. Two medications, authorizations and one administration log was reviewed. Description: Based on observation, not all diaper ointments were labeled as required. Evidence: In the infant room, a Eucerin Baby Exzema relief and desitin were not labeled with the child's name. In the Two's class, a Vanicream was not labeled with the child's name.

Plan of Correction: All ointments were labeled during the inspection.
