Comments:
A complaint was received by the Division of Licensing Programs Office on 04/30/3018 in regards to improper supervision and providing proper care, protection and guidance. Unannounced complaint investigations were conducted on 06/12/2018 and 06/19/2018; classroom observations and staff interviews were conducted on 06/12/2018 and two children's records and various policies were reviewed on 06/19/2018. The complaint was determined to be not valid based on observations, staff interviews and record and policy review. There were no violations cited from this complaint investigation. On 06/12/2018 the inspector arrived at 9:50 a.m. and departed at 3:30 p.m. and on 06/19/2018 the inspector arrived at 10:00 a.m. and departed at 11:00 p.m. Thank you for your time.
