Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted a subsidy health and safety inspection Friday, June 22, 2018 from 12:30pm to 2:00pm to review supplemetal health and safety requirements. The children were observed resting on cots and mats. The preschool and school age children were out on a field trip. All classes and the playground were inspected today. Five children?s records and five employee record were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is not being administered. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 05/31/2018 Shelter-in-place drills: 12/29/2017 Last fire inspection: 09/19/2017 Last health inspection: 10/12/2017 Total enrollment today: 11 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Toddlers ?3:1 Twos ? 6:2 Preschool & School Age ? on field trip A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
